Plagiarism Screaning
All manuscripts submitted to INFONEX: Journal of Informatics and Next Generation Technology will undergo plagiarism screening using Turnitin or other reliable plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality, authenticity, and academic integrity of the scholarly work.
The journal establishes a maximum similarity index of 20%. Manuscripts with a similarity score exceeding this threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected in accordance with the editorial policy and publication ethics of the journal.
Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions are entirely original works, free from plagiarism, data fabrication, and unethical publication practices. All sources, quotations, figures, tables, and references used in the manuscript must be properly cited in accordance with academic writing standards and the journal’s citation style.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts identified as containing plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, or significant unattributed similarities with previously published works.
If plagiarism or ethical misconduct is discovered after publication, the journal may take appropriate actions, including article correction, retraction, or removal from the journal system and indexing databases.
