Author Guideline

Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening by the editorial board before proceeding to the peer review process.

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Rich Text Format (.rtf). The minimum manuscript length is 5,000 words, formatted in a single-column layout on A4 paper size using Times New Roman font, 12 pt.

Submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to other journals. Manuscripts should contribute to the advancement of knowledge in computer science, informatics, and next generation technology.


Manuscript Structure

The manuscript must be organized in the following order:

a. Title

The title must be written in English and clearly reflect the content of the article. It should be informative, concise (approximately 12–15 words), and should not contain abbreviations or mathematical formulas whenever possible.

b. Authors

Full names of authors without academic titles must be clearly written. For manuscripts with multiple authors, one corresponding author must be designated.

c. Author Affiliation

Each author must provide complete affiliation details, including institution name, department or study program, city, country, and email address.

d. Abstract

The abstract must be written in English in a single paragraph consisting of 150–250 words. The abstract should briefly describe the background, objectives, methodology, results, conclusions, and contributions of the research.

e. Keywords

Provide 3–5 keywords or phrases in English that represent the main topics of the manuscript. Keywords should be arranged alphabetically.

f. Introduction

The introduction should include the research background, problem formulation, research urgency, state-of-the-art or literature review, research gaps, and objectives of the study. This section should be presented systematically and clearly.

g. Methods

This section must clearly explain the research methodology to ensure reproducibility. The methods section may include:

  • Research design
  • Materials, datasets, software, or hardware used
  • System architecture or algorithms
  • Research procedures
  • Data collection techniques
  • Data analysis and evaluation methods

h. Results and Discussion

This section presents research findings clearly and systematically, supported by relevant tables, charts, figures, or diagrams. The discussion should interpret the results, compare findings with previous studies, explain scientific and practical implications, and highlight the novelty of the research.

i. Conclusion

The conclusion must summarize the main findings and contributions of the research in a concise paragraph. Recommendations or future research directions may also be included.

j. Acknowledgement

This section acknowledges individuals, institutions, funding agencies, or organizations that contributed to the research but are not listed as authors.

k. References

References must be managed using reference management tools such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero. The citation and bibliography style used by the journal is APA (American Psychological Association).

Additional Notes

  • Manuscripts must be written in a scientific, systematic, and clear manner
  • Use recent and relevant references, preferably published within the last 5–10 years
  • Authors are encouraged to cite reputable international journals and conference proceedings
  • Avoid plagiarism and ensure compliance with the journal’s publication ethics
  • All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software
  • Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to the authors for revision before review
