This study aims to explore the role of financial inclusion in developing MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Nias Regency. Additionally, the study seeks to identify the internal and external obstacles faced by MSME actors, evaluate the guidance provided by the government, and formulate strategies to enhance the role of financial inclusion. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through observations and interviews with MSME actors and local government officials. The results of the study indicate that financial inclusion plays a vital role in providing capital access for MSME actors in Nias Regency, although there are still obstacles such as limited capital and difficult financial access. The conclusion of this study is that the Nias Regency government has provided support, but further efforts are needed to improve financial access, financial literacy, and the development of financial service products that meet the needs of MSMEs. Therefore, the study advocates for the simplification of administrative processes, the enhancement of financial literacy, and the development of more suitable financial products as strategies to enhance the role of financial inclusion in developing MSMEs in Nias Regency.
