Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy applied in the Tofu Factory of Hiligodu Village, South Gunungsitoli District, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of marketing strategies and to find out effective strategies in increasing sales in the Tofu Factory of Hiligodu Village, South Gunungsitoli District. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research methods, the results of the analysis that have been carried out show that marketing strategies play an important role in increasing sales at the Hiligodu Village Tofu Factory. By focusing on market selection, product quality, brand, and distribution system. The results of sales data analysis show a significant increase in sales since the implementation of marketing strategies that have been carried out.
